This drive-in's story goes all the way back to 1948 when the Sky-Vue Drive-In
Theatre in Lamesa, TX was started. The people, the events, and the food
that made this small west Texas business the pride of the town.
In 2003 Lubbock cotton farm was purchased and on August 21st Stars & Stripes Drive-In Theatre started showing double-features and serving Rockin' Eats TM. After celebrating the 10th year anniversary, a farm just outside of New Braunfels was purchased to serve another incredible community as well as central Texas. Many incredible people have believed in our vision of a modern, family-friendly drive-in theatre experience. |
